Denver’s 2025 bond package: our final poll vs. the result

Denver voters approved all five questions of the roughly $1 billion Vibrant Denver bond package in November 2025. We tracked all five for the campaign, and our final reads landed an average of 1.2 points from the certified yes vote.

The five questions

QuestionFinal poll, yes incl. leanersResult, yesDifference
2A Transportation and mobility61%63%2
2B Parks and recreation69%67%2
2C Health and human services71%71%0
2D City facilities63%64%1
2E Housing and shelter68%67%1

Average difference: 1.2 points. Poll figures are the yes vote including leaners from the last tracking survey that asked each measure: Tracking Poll #3 (October 27–28, 2025, 400 likely voters) for 2A and 2D, and Tracking Poll #2 (October 13–15, 2025, 500 likely voters) for 2B, 2C, and 2E. Results are the certified Denver vote.

How we tracked it

Three tracking surveys of likely Denver voters across the fall, sampled from the voter file and fielded hybrid phone and online, with completes set by quota to a modeled odd-year Denver electorate. Each survey read all five questions so the campaign could see which ones needed attention before ballots went out.
